The contact form collects name, email, optional phone number, subject, message and selected language. This data is stored in the backend to answer the request.

Data is processed to answer requests and related communications, based on steps requested by the user, consent where applicable, and the legitimate interest in responding.

Data is retained only for as long as needed for its purpose and legal obligations. The precise period must be confirmed by the controller before this policy is finalised.

The contact page embeds Google Maps. The site also links to RoomRaccoon, Google Maps, social networks and partners. Their policies apply when opened. Contact-form data is not shared except where legally required or where a confirmed technical need exists.

The browser stores stay-finder choices, cookie consent and, for the admin area only, the authenticated session. With consent, clicks on local recommendations may be measured without including form data.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability at faro@hdproperties.pt. You may also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
